IDA Pro v7.6 SP1 Incl SDK&Tools

All files restored as close as possible to the original version.

Prior to running install Python 3.9:
https://www.python.org/downloads/windows

To activate .idb/.i64 associations run ida.exe/ida64.exe as Administrator:
IDA -> Options -> General -> Misc -> Associate .IDB file extension with IDA

- Patched ida.key public key in ida.dll/ida64.dll

- Disabled STORE_USER_INFO in cfg/ida.cfg
